In the first few lines of ‘Never Hear Surf Music Again’, the singers of Free Blood seem to be searching for a difference between humans and animals. Though they eventually find one and repeat it, another possible answer is that humans can make this amazing music!
Made recently famous by the new film, 127 Hours, Free Blood produces interesting songs that are catchy but also experimental. They have a lot of energy, but aren’t pinned to dance music. ‘Never Hear Surf Music Again’ would be just at home at an interesting campfire as it would in a club.
